Retail FF Manager

Duties:
- Retail manpower management: responsible for outsourcing organization construction, manpower planning and configuration principle formulation, appraisal and incentive, management on employees' sales and production capacity, personnel closed-loop management, operation and data application of retail systems, and management on the related expenses.
- Retail training: responsible for internal and external field force (FF) training, lecturer management, course customization and development, management on training projects and training assessment, excellent case publicity, and management on the related expenses.
- Professional knowledge in handset industry and electronic consumable industry.
- Bachelor degree or above
- Insightful opinions and understanding about retail operation and industry developing tendency.
- Professional Knowledge in one or more of following fields: retail shop management, retail marketing, retail manpower management and retail training.
- Over 3 years working experience. Working experience in handset industry is required.
- Capable to understand the requirement of retail business, and develop retail developing strategies.
- Abilities required in on or more professional skills: retail shop management, retail marketing, retail manpower management and retail training.
- Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
- Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
- Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months
- The working language is English.
