Head of Retail Lending Systems Development

Responsible for overseeing IT development activities related to Retail Lending Activities, be a key back-end developer for the in-house developed system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of system analysts, developers and QA.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank’s retail lending system and its optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Manage development team to implement system enhancements.
• Conduct system training and support for end-users.
• Maintain documentation for system configuration and procedures.
• Assist in the integration of new features and updates.
• Provide regular reports on system performance and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with financial industry regulations.
• Ensure the organization's retail lending systems processes are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in leading development teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies NodeJs (Nest, express.js), Angular, MongoDB, NATS (message broker), socket.io, Fuse (fuzzy search), RXJS.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of loan processes and scoring methods.
• Prior experience with bank integrations would be a plus.
