Transformation Project manager of PMO

What you will enjoy doing?

• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan
• Set up the project and its organization in the agile method
• Plan and conduct important project meetings and reviews
• Managing strategic changes and leadership
• Lead various teams such as business strategy, risk, accounting, and operations enablers
• Set up and monitor necessary corrective measures

What makes you great?

• Higher education from a leading local or foreign university (degree preferably in Strategic management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, MBA is an advantage)
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, willing to be accountable and agile
• 1 year of strategy or project management experience in banks, Big Four, or other financial institutions (consultancy experience in Big Four is an advantage);
• Preferably experienced in strategy development and implementation
• Fluent in spoken and written English, preferably Russian
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
