Test Manager (Core Banking and Digital Channels)

We are looking for a Test Manager colleague who can proactively manage the entire testing process from the design, planning during the execution until the closing. The ideal candidate supports the entire test process with proper monitoring and control which means constant dialogue with IT and non-IT stakeholders and able to provide transparent reporting.

Tasks:

• Designing the testing tasks of projects or products
• Assessment of testing risks
• Planning of testing resources
• Scheduling tests, defining test types
• Planning necessary test environments
• Coordination of the execution of the testing activity
• Preparation of test reports
• Managing the entire defect management process
• Working with externals (vendors, regulator, etc)

What are we waiting for?

• Higher degree in IT and/or economics
• At least 1 years of test manager or test coordinator or senior tester experience
• Good command in English
• Appropriate communication and presentation skills, business-oriented thinking
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Independent learning
• Proactiveness

It is an advantage:

• Test management experience in banking
• Knowledge of banking processes
