Analyst (IT)

Since 2003, Murano has been developing software that simplifies and optimizes the customer's daily work and contributes to the digitalization of key US industries as well. Besides the client projects, the company maintains and develops its product which is used by more than half of independent insurance agencies in the United States.
Our head office locates in Los Angeles, and its team works from different cities and countries worldwide. Our team consists of specialists working in 3 development centers (Tashkent, St. Petersburg, Voronezh).

About the project:

Our project is a unique web-based system that provides information flow between all participants of the insurance market in the United States. It is an innovative approach to traditional processes, automating the storage, processing, and exchange of information, which greatly facilitates the work of insurance agents and brokers.

We are seeking for someone with an interest in analytics in the software field to join our team.

What we’re expecting:

• Must be conversational Russian and English.

• Good understanding of software development processes.

• Analytical mindset and ability to search for information and structure it.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You'll be doing:

• Gathering, analyzing, and coordinating client requirements in English.

• Creating technical documentation based on client requirements.

• Working with English-language resources, searching for information.

• Processing large datasets.

• Collaborating within the development team: presenting requirements, consulting with colleagues, participating in team meetings in Russian.

Will be a plus:

• At least a year of relevant experience (As Analyst in Software Development field)

• SQL knowledge with ability to work with CTE, understanding of temporary tables, MERGE construction, working with stored procedures

• Experience with Python or PHP

• Experience with Git
