Hello Future Team Members,

We are looking to hire 3 freight dispatchers/operations team members for our night and day shift team located in Bobur street near aeroport korzinka.

Candidate must be looking for long term position with the company.

Must have at least 2 years of Automotive or Expedite Freight Dispatching in the trucking industry with JIT freight (Just in Time). Please apply if you only have worked in freight and trucking dispatch in the past.

Must be able to negotiate rates and know pricing for each region in the USA.

A great plus is if you have Automotive experience in expedited and dedicated freight.

(Ryder LMS, Penske, Expeditors, NLM, Active Aero, Stars, Amazon, DAT) - Please know what these systems are when applying.

Please be within 30-40 min of Aeroport Korzinka

Salary pay available depending on each candidate plus commission.

(You can make over $25,000 a year if you understand this business and use the company tools) Salary plus bonus.

Lots of room to grow within the company as we are expending multiple divisions.

Job Duties:

• Develop efficient routes to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely fashion

• Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have

• Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed

• Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur

• Answer calls from delivery drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels

• Other duties as requested

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10,000 - $25,000 per year

Expected hours: 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• 12 hour shift

• Holidays

• Night shift

• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
