Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and prepare necessary documentation and account for newly hired, current and terminated employees and contractors.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and create account for newly hired employees.
  • Co-ordinate timely completion of clearance certificates by terminated employees and employees leaving for long leave within set deadlines (in case employee did not return filled clearance certificate it is necessary to contact him/her and to prepare memo regarding results).
  • Administer and ensure timely input, accuracy and reliability of all personnel data held in HR Data Base.
  • Timely notification of other departments on terminated and newly hired employees.
  • Preparation of monthly reports for Finance department on new hires and terminated employees, different types of leave, transfers of employees and change of their personal data.
  • Timely update if table files for Employees’ contract numbers, number of employees per each legal entity and etc.
  • File systematically all documentation relevant to responsible departments.
  • Maintaining workbooks, orders, personnel files and records according to labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Work on projects connected to documentation assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Not less than one year work experience in HR operation (record keeping/ data input and modification)
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Code (coordinating of daily Labor issues)
  • Good English and Russian (active daily usage of both languages)
  • Strong personality skills: communicative, flexible, team player.
  • Good administration skills, accuracy, attentiveness.
