Senior Corporate Law Lawyer

Responsibilities:

- Advising internal clients on legal rights and obligations under corporate, labor and commercial legislation, laws on foreign business.

- Participation in shareholder meetings of public companies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

- Management of a team of lawyers, including in the regions, consultations and guidance in the development of legal strategies and solutions to internal legal issues (Kashkadarya and Syrdarya regions)

- Drafting, reviewing and representing the interests of internal clients in legal negotiations.

- Cooperation with external authorities, representation of the company's interests in various legal matters in civil, commercial, arbitration, criminal and administrative proceedings.

- Effective management of issues in favor of the company.

- Preparation of amendments to the company's constituent documents and their registration with government agencies.

Requirements:

- Higher legal education

- 5 years of experience in the legal field

- Experience in the role of general or senior legal positions will be an advantage

- Perfect English and Uzbek languages

- Ability to predict and analyze potential legal risks and opportunities.

Conditions:
