RESPONSIBILITIES:

The operator is responsible for the promotion and sale of goods or services to potential customers. His role is to identify potential customers and establish contacts with them, understand their needs and convince them to make a purchase. In general, a sales agent plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• dentifyIing potential clients and establishing contact with them through cold calls, networking, and other methods of attracting potential clients.

• Understanding clients' needs and recommending products or services that best meet these needs.

• Demonstrating product features and benefits to potential clients.

• Negotiating sales terms and closing deals with clients.

• Ensuring excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

• Requirements:

• Incomplete higher education or vocational education (students in their 4th-5th year)

• Advanced English language proficiency (6.5+ IELTS) Spanish

• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Ability to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable solution
