Juru is seeking a Risk Manager Assistant to join our Finance and Commercial department at our Tashkent office in Uzbekistan. The Risk Manager Assistant will support the team in managing, executing, and overseeing the commercial operations of the company. They will assist the risk manager in various administrative and financial duties pertaining to risk management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for the company and develop organized strategies to mitigate identified risks in alignment with corporate protocols.
• Stay abreast of relevant legal regulations and ensure compliance with them.
• Implement and oversee measures to enforce the Company's Anti-Corruption Policy, including internal controls for counterparties, charitable and sponsorship initiatives, and other audit measures.
• Monitor the compliance of company processes regarding personal data processing with corporate policies and applicable laws. This includes maintaining updated internal regulatory documentation, conducting internal control measures, and overseeing contracts and instructions with third-party processors of personal data.
• Coordinate and execute internal compliance audit activities as directed by immediate supervisors, senior management, or company directives.
• Provide written legal counsel and expertise on matters pertaining to corporate policies and applicable laws, including internal control of counterparties, charitable and sponsorship projects, anti-corruption initiatives, and personal data processing.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of work experience in risk management, contract management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and risk management principles.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Russian.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
