Duties:

The candidate should be willing to work with challenges and grow with Huawei together in the field of Data Center type building construction (such as 2-4 floors commercial building).

Here following are the detailed responsibilities for this position:
Responsible for data center building planning, design, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparing, cost budgeting and project scheduling, etc.
Work together with Data Center team and make technical support on civil work, architecture parts for Turkey data center sales and delivery project
Responsible for risk analysis and tracing for data center building delivery project
Responsible for civil work, architecture proposal review and evaluation.
Responsible for construct and enhance Data Center building design and implementation capability

Professional requirements:

Comprehend and agree with Huawei company culture, serve for customer with all heart
In-depth knowledge of data center type building planning, design and implementation works.
Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry civil work standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and having ability of using Sketchup or 3DMAX is preferred.
Excellent verbal and writing skills and must have strong English and presentation skills.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data center type building civil work design, budget estimation, project management fields, and undertake large-scale data center type building design preferred.

With Turkey civil work license is preferred.
Bachelor Degrees minimum.
