Requirements (hard and soft skills):
- Higher education with a major in business, marketing
- Microsoft excel/power point confident user
- Analytical skills with practice in CS KPIs (NPS, CSAT, CAR)
- Contact Center manager experience
- Working in contact center
- Customer Oriented profile
