Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to accurately analyze the situations and make proper
• decisions
• Computer skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel, PDF editor, Image
• editor)
• High degree of emotional self-control in a stressful environment
• Foreign language (English) specialized College or Lyceum
• Diploma.
• Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
• Experience in the transportation industry, in dispatching;
• environment, in call center will be helpful;
