Responsibilities:

Assist with developing, implementing and managing our digital marketing strategy
Manage company LinkedIn pages by posting regular content, updating visual materials, etc.
Contribute to the design and creation of marketing materials including articles, brochures, promotional handouts, website content and videos
Lead/assist in the development of graphic designs and other visuals
Help to implement CRM software as needed
Provide analysis and feedback on the efficacy of current marketing strategies
Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s core values
Collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing programs as needed
Assist with office management as needed
Travel occasionally to our primary office near Khujand, Tajikistan
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Exceptional skills in content creation and graphic design are essential
Must have prior experience in digital marketing using social media, graphic design tools, etc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
Solid understanding of current online marketing strategies
Ability to work both independently and on a team, with good interpersonal skills a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail orientation, critical thinking skills and multi-tasking abilities are essential
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Experience in the IT field is a plus
