Job description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive.

Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform including product listings, inventory management, return management, order processing, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery.
• Fetch daily return data from marketplaces and website backend.
• Collaborate stores and e-marketplaces to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Gather data from multiple sources to measure the effectiveness of new features and identify areas of improvement.
• Regularly analyze order data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Regularly analyze the performance of stores.
• Resolve any issues or escalations related to order fulfillment, shipping, or returns.

Requirements:

• BA level or above
• At least 1 year of experience in managing E-commerce platforms or relevant experience.
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
• Hacky mindset and a will get it done attitude.
• Great work ethics and eager to learn/ unlearn.
• Have a deep understanding of the space they work in.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skill
• Identify with company's corporate culture and obey the company's arrangements.
• Fluency in English, Russian, (Chinese would be an advantage).
