Job Description:

As a Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will manage our team, maintain our reputation for excellence, and drive our financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently.

- Establish & implement SOP all departments & interdepartmental interaction.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to achieve profitability.

- Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff to maintain high service standards.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- Monitor and manage hotel inventory, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

- Collaborate with marketing to promote the hotel and drive bookings.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the local community.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in hotel management or a related leadership role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.

- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- excellent knowledge of Russian & English language, basic knowledge of Uzbek and other languages preferable.
