Our Deal Advisory team includes over 170 professionals in Caucasus and Central Asia. We are one of the largest deal advisors with professional teams providing objective unbiased advice on every aspect of the full range of transactions.
KPMG is currently seeking an Executive 1/Associate 1 for Transaction Services to join our Deal Advisory team in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex transaction services assignments;
  • Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process;
  • Communicating with clients, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings;
  • Being involved in the preparation of proposals to clients

A successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience from audit or transaction services (Big4 is a plus), alternatively, internal finance/accounting department in companies on the market;
  • An academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other technical areas with strong academic performance records;
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and IFRS;
  • ACCA certification in process is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Great team spirit and interpersonal skills;
  • Good organizational abilities;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Financial analysis skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of projects simultaneously under tight timelines;
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
