Business and Enterprise Teacher/Lecturer

Millat Umidi University is hiring Lecturers in the following areas:

• Business Management
• English Language Teaching
• Accounting and Finance
• Information Technoligy

As a Faculty Member, you will be dedicated to undertake teaching, subject development, research and related administration on a range of courses, including both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Basics of above mentiones fields.
We are looking for aspiring individuals preferably with international experience and excellent knowledge of the subject.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Deliver learning material within the subject area on foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate levels, including the associated assessment setting, in a professional, interesting and stimulating way
• Deliver marking and review process in accordance with the University Quality Assurance and Enhancement process.
• Ensure the positive participation of all students in the learning process;
• Help and encourage students who are experiencing difficulties;
• Developing and improving course materials, syllabi, assignments and handouts, Plan, evaluate and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction.
• Keep abreast of developments in the relevant subject area and participate in professional seminars and conferences sessions, delegate benefits, open days, if necessary.

• Holds a Master’s and / or PhD degree, preferably from an international institute of Higher Education.
• Is fluent in English either with 7 IELTS or a subject qualification taught and assessed in English as per the policy on Academic staff.
• Has teaching experience in the HE sector and/or relevant work experience.
• Has a thoughtful and self-reflective approach to teaching
• Works well within a multi-cultural team
• Possess good ICT skills that makes learning exciting and visual in the classroom
• Has a comprehensive subject knowledge
• Is enthusiastic about working with undergraduate students
• Can deliver the subject to a range of student abilities
• Is well organized and able to plan ahead and meet deadlines.

• Is continually updating knowledge and understanding in the field or specialism.
