RPA Platform Lead Engineer

As an RPA Platform Lead Engineer Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing banking operations and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our internal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in RPA Platform implementation projects, overseeing the entire process from requirements gathering to deployment, with a focus on optimizing banking processes for our internal customers.
• Maps the as-is/to-be process and translates the process into automated steps.
• Build a capable team of developers, ensuring their active involvement and contribution to project activities aimed at enhancing banking services for our internal customers.
• Provide expert technical guidance to internal stakeholders, helping them leverage the RPA Platform to streamline banking operations and improve efficiency for our internal customers.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower bank staff in effectively utilizing the RPA Platform to drive operational efficiency and customer engagement for our internal customers.
• Monitors and maintains automation post-implementation and resolves any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer or Technical Consultant, with specific expertise in the AA, UiPath, BluePrism Platforms within a banking or financial services environment.
• Uses various tools for creating and managing automated processes – RPA framework (UiPath), Python (e.g. Selenium, Beautiful Soup) or databases capabilities (Functions, Procedures, Packages, Types, Job Scheduler).
• Experience with SQL or PL/SQL; Experience with general-purpose programming language concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex banking challenges effectively for our internal customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in the banking sector for our internal customers.
