Business Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to join our team remotely in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities :

• ​​​​​​​Planning, coordination and control of operational processes in the organization.
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Management of production and logistics processes to ensure achievement of set goals.
• Organization and optimization of the work of operational units.
• Continuous improvement of product/service quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Development and implementation of a quality control system for production/services provided.
• Operating budget management and cost control.
• Development and motivation of personnel in operating departments.
• Resolving conflicts and problems in the process of operating activities.
• Interaction with other departments of the organization to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Higher education in management, production, logistics or economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of English is required!! (C1 level!)
• Ability to work in US time zone (PST)
• In-depth knowledge of operations management and logistics.
• Experience in production process management and business process optimization.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under conditions of limited time and resources.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and work in a team.
• Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations.
