Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, controls and organizes the uninterrupted work of the touch point for sales of banking products and services;
  • Meets established key performance indicators for all categories of touch point employees;
  • Distributes sales plans among employees, monitors their implementation;
  • Engaged in sales and consultations of banking products;
  • Engaged in attracting potential clients;
  • Consults clients about banking products and offers optimal types of products for the client;
  • Studying customer feedback, making suggestions for improving existing and new products, business processes and systems to more effectively meet customer needs;
  • Monitors compliance with service standards by employees;
  • Prepares reports on the implementation of sales plans for products and services;
  • Concludes contracts for the sale of products;

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulations, instructions and other regulatory documents of the Central Bank, as well as internal regulatory documents;
  • Be a user of a personal computer, have skills in working with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis skills to develop tables, reports and presentations, as well as knowledge of special banking software;
  • Knowledge of data analytics to develop tables, reports and presentations, as well as knowledge of special banking software;
  • Knowledge of banking products for the target client segment;
