Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing, implementing and managing our digital marketing strategy
- Actively manage company LinkedIn pages by writing and posting regular content, following relevant leads, messaging with potential clients, updating visual materials, etc.
- Contribute to the design and creation of marketing materials including articles, brochures, promotional handouts, website content and videos
- Write and edit creative content across a variety of mediums
- Assist in the development of graphic designs and other visuals
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s core values
- Help to implement CRM software
- Provide analysis and feedback on the efficacy of current marketing strategies
- Collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing programs as needed
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends
- Improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on company website and other online platforms
- Assist with office management as needed
- Travel occasionally to our primary office near Khujand, Tajikistan
- Other duties as assigned
- Exceptional skills in content creation and marketing writing are essential
- Must have prior experience in digital marketing using social media, CRM systems and/or Google Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
- Solid understanding of current online marketing strategies
- Ability to work both independently and on a team, with good interpersonal skills a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-orientation, critical thinking skills and multi-tasking abilities are essential
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Experience in the IT field is a plus
