Credit Analyst, Underwriter, Senior Underwriter

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in loan decision making (comprehensive analysis, review and approval of loan applications) in MSE and/or corporate lending;

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, as well as the market and clients` specifics;

• Proven financial and data analysis, research capabilities;

• Strong interpersonal skills, fluent English is required;

• Attention to detail, ability to learn;

• Pro-active approach;

• Exposure to international best practices in the relevant field would be an advantages

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of loan applications to ensure that they meet bank`s lending requirements;
• Analyze financial and non-financial information of the client from credit risk perspective;

• Evaluate applicant`s creditworthiness, and provide detailed and well-reasoned conclusions;

• Provide recommendations on mitigation of credit risk;

• Depending on position, reviewing loan files processed by junior underwriters before submitting for approval;
