Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships with major local operators' customers;
- Organize various market and technical exchanges or seminars with local authorities at all levels;
- Communicate fully with pre-sales staff and product lines, helping to collect customer needs and formulating product strategies for targeted customers;
- Accurately identify key figures in the customer decision-making process, establish and maintain day-to-day relations, and be responsible for gathering project information and research on customers in all aspects of the bidding process;
- Collect, analyze competitive information, and provide feedback;
- Responsible for coordinating the signing of contracts and for handling refunds, responsible for organizing and managing the entire sales process of products.
- Bachelor's Degree or above;
- Deep understanding of the market and flexible customer communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize resources and carry out systematic public relations with clients.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, understanding of tools and methods for market analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
- Focus on results, interpersonal skills, communication, building relationships, and intercultural understanding.
- To have experience of selling products abroad or work in the pre - sales market is preferable..
