Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft infrastructure, including AD and Exchange Server. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Active Directory structure, as well as a thorough understanding of Exchange Server and its configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, group policies, and domain controllers.
• Administer and support Exchange Server, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Active Directory and Exchange Server to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and Exchange Server, including user access, email delivery, and system performance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Active Directory and Exchange Server with other systems and applications.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations within the Microsoft infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory structure, group policies, and domain controllers.
• Expertise in managing and configuring Exchange Server, including mailbox management, email routing, and security settings.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task automation within the Microsoft environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Active Directory and Exchange Server.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or equivalent.
• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and Office 365 integration.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and its integration with on-premises infrastructure.
