Position Objectives:

• Ensure accurate completion of accounting records for approved documents and periodic accruals.
• Execute payments and collections with precision, following all control and approval processes as per company rules and legal procedures.
• Maintain error-free accuracy in all accounts.
• Prepare timely and error-free legal and management financial/fiscal reports.
• Stay updated on new legal regulations and implement them flawlessly.
• Organize and securely store all fiscal documents, making them available within a maximum of 1 day when required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Documents Accrual Process: Efficiently handle the accrual process.
• Payment Process: Execute payment procedures accurately.
• Reporting Process: Prepare and submit financial/fiscal reports on time.
• Audit Process: Facilitate smooth audit processes.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher (or postgraduate) education in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including managerial roles.
• International experience in the retail industry is advantageous.

Technical Competences:

• Proficiency in 1C 8.3 and its applications.
• Strong knowledge of system tools.
• Excel skills.
• Upper-intermediate English skills.
