This team will be instrumental in further development and scaling of the project, working closely with us to bring our vision to life. Job Summary: We are looking for a Python Team Lead who is passionate about AI and software development to join our agile, mobile, and geographically spread team. With current teams in London, Limassol and Singapore, the ideal candidate will be a dynamic and flexible leader capable of managing and working within a distributed team. You will lead a team of 6-8 junior Python developers, directly contributing to the codebase, reviewing code, and ensuring the continuous enhancement of our AI engine. Our team's got a history of hitting it big before—we've taken a project all the way to unicorn status!

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, lead and mentor a team of junior Python developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Directly contribute to the development of our Python/Postgre/AI-powered platform, including coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to drive the product vision and implement scalable software solutions.
• Foster an agile development environment, adapting quickly to changes and optimizing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of technological advancements in AI and legal technology, ensuring Conneto remains at the industry's cutting edge.

Qualifications:

• Full stack 7+ years: proven experience in Python, Java Script development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in AI (prompting and RAG) and software engineering.
• Collaborate with core team (frontend, UX, etc.) to co-create on UX and maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.

• Previous leadership experience in managing software development teams, with the ability to mentor junior developers and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• Strong communication English skills, capable of working effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a flexible approach to project management.
