Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the work of the warehouse of finished products and raw materials of the plant and rented warehouses for the receipt, storage and release of inventory items, for their placement, taking into account the most rational use of warehouse space, facilitating and accelerating the search for the necessary goods, as well as in accordance with ISO 9001, 14000 Standards, OSH 18000;
- Accept raw materials from suppliers or finished products from production
- Draw up documents for the receipt of raw materials or the receipt and shipment of finished products;
- Place and sort incoming products;
- Complete and prepare finished products for shipment;
- Ship or release products on the spot on the basis of relevant documents;
- Ensure the safety of stored goods-tangible assets, compliance with storage and accounting regimes (raw materials, finished products, bottles, boxes, pallets);
- Draw up the established reporting, keep operational records of the movement of raw materials and finished products in the electronic system used in the company;
- Monitor the availability and serviceability of fire fighting equipment, the condition of premises, equipment and inventory in warehouses and inform the responsible persons of the enterprise, take part in their timely replacement or repair;
- Organize the carrying out of loading and unloading operations in warehouses in compliance with the rules of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection;
- Organize briefings in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for SGP employees on the rules of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and first aid;
- Control the accounting of warehouse operations, established reporting;
- Ensure compliance with the rules for processing their delivery of income and expenditure documents;
- Take part in the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, reduce the cost of transportation and storage of goods-tangible assets, introduce modern computer technology, communications and communications into the organization of warehouse management;
- Daily management of 3PL partners performance against established KPI's and priorities (ex. inbound, outbound, returns, cycle counts, etc.) Track 3PL partners noncompliance, identify root cause, drive resolution, and drive proactive mitigation Perform operational audits at 3PL partners facilities
- Leader for all safety and good warehousing maintenance practices (FIFO, 5S, etc.)
- Lead the implementation of warehouse management systems by assisting the IT teams on site. Provide dedicated support for the successful implementation of the project
- Participate in conducting inventories;
- Manage warehouse workers;
- Train and develop inventory team members as required to meet goals and objectives across all shifts
- Manage the warehouse labor force using technology (WMS) performance reporting tools

Higher education in logistics, supply chain, operations management, business administration

2 years of experience in logistics;

English : Intermediate level and above;

Proficiency in Excel;

Schedule 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00

Work in a large international company;

Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
