• As quickly and timely as possible to respond to requests from guests and respond to their requests, in accordance with the high standards of Hilton hotels;
• Effectively resolve problems encountered by guests as soon as possible, preventing conflict situations;

• Previous experience of working in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors will be an advantage;

• Must speak Uzbek/Russian and English languages;
