Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Transportation Broker to join our team. As an Auto Transportation Broker, you will play a critical role in connecting vehicle shippers with carriers to facilitate the safe and efficient transport of automobiles. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transportation process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with both shippers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Carrier Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with vehicle shippers and carriers to expand the company's network.

1. Actively prospect and qualify new leads in the automotive transportation industry.
2. Load Coordination: Negotiate pricing and terms with carriers to secure vehicle transport contracts.
3. Match customer shipments with available carriers, considering factors such as route, timeline, and budget.
4. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork, including contracts, insurance certificates, and permits, are completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
5. Monitoring and Communication: Track shipments in real-time to provide updates to customers and carriers.
6. Address any issues or concerns that may arise during transport and work to find prompt resolutions.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction.
9. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to make informed decisions and remain competitive.
10. Performance Reporting: Generate reports and maintain records of shipments, payments, and customer feedback.
11. Evaluate carrier performance and ensure that service levels meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the auto transportation brokerage industry is REQUIRED.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
