Employment: Self-employment/B2B Contract.

Full-time (8 hours/day), start at 11:00.

One of our flagship initiatives is PropertyVIEW® Content Verification Services, which is a powerful content monitoring and audit solution built by hotels for the global hospitality industry. PropertyVIEW® enables an unparalleled holistic view of content accuracy across direct and third-party channels to improve conversions and enhance revenue.

A strong candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and oral English language skills (B2 or higher).
  • Problem solving approach and strong attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and in multitasking mode.
  • Work experince as a support specialist.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Day to day customer's requests queue management consisting of incoming support tickets (CRM Zoho, e-mails);
  • Processing tickets and distributing the requests from clients to the dedicated teams;
  • Processing the tickets from the travel websites, checking the updates, correspondence with the websites.

Hiring process (online) includes:

  • Online Test (20min)
  • Interview (1h, online Russian/English)
  • One-week internship (8 hours/day) with an exam
