As Drill Bit Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting engineering and operational teams for all Drill Bit and Drilling Motor operations within the Uzbekistan
• Optimize drilling runs, prepare field reports and end of run reports.
• Drill bits optimization plan
• Drill bits dull grading and future run and wells optimizations
• Leading analytical activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
• Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customer
• Managing the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Proven experience in Drill bits and Drilling Motors
• Demonstrate a track record of operation performance success through optimization
• Have the ability to travel frequently to rig locations in Uzbekistan
• Be able to speak at Russian
• Be able to communicate in English and Uzbekistan is a plus
• Have knowledge of the Drilling process, products, and activity in Uzbekistan is a plus
