Обязанности:
- Contact potential customers via telephone
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies for business growth
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Fluent in [languages spoken by target customers, if applicable]
