Accountant

Upstream BPO, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Uzbekistan

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Uzbek national with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of English at level B2
• Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and Russian languages is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
