For a project in Bukhara region, Uzbekistan we are currently looking for a Site Administrator to join our team! The Site Administrator will ensure all admin functions are fulfilled timely and effectively and Support with translation between team members.

The Site Administrator will be;

  • Meeting visitors, organizing conference-rooms, hosting service during meetings.
  • Working with incoming/outgoing mail: registration, processing, distribution between departments/divisions, mail tracking.
  • Arrangement and coordination of post deliveries.
  • Arrangement of entry passes.
  • Purchasing of business cards, envelops, blanks.
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment and other office procurement (water, kitchen supply, etc).
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs, using third party vendors.
  • Organizing working place for newcomers.
  • Liaising with landlord representatives, cleaning company and other necessary contacts about proper daily office operation.
  • Cooperation with travel agencies for arrangement of hotel booking and air tickets payment.
  • Arrangement of visas obtainment for the staff and guests.
  • Manage accommodation for Project team and visitors and liaising with local authorities and landlords.
  • Support to Project team on submission of timesheets and expenses.
  • Verifying and collecting Timesheets and creating documentation to support billing to Customer.
  • Working with transport companies for taxi support.
  • Document flow management.
  • Organization of team events, management meetings, conferences.
  • Prepare reports and documents upon management request.
  • Translation of the documents and oral translations as needed.
  • Keeping and coordinating holiday requests from the team.
  • Keeping and managing necessary medical files for the local team.
  • Other management requests.
  • Report to the Construction Manager but supporting the entire facility.​​​​​​​

You will have the following experience:

  • Languages – Uzbek, Russian and English proficiency, both oral & written.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork and relationships.
  • This position requires good interpersonal, analysing and coordinating skills.
  • PC literacy and basic software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Methodical and rigorous, able to work on his/her own without reminders.
