Responsibilities:

• Utilize dispatching software and platforms to book loads and assign drivers to routes.

• Communicate with brokers, drivers, and customers to coordinate freight pickups and deliveries.

• Manage truck drivers' schedules and routes, ensuring on-time arrivals and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferred.
• Language fluency: Strong proficiency in both English and Russian is essential.

• Night shift commitment: Willingness to work extended night shifts is required.

• Office software skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel is necessary.
