Chief Accountant (English Speaking!)

We are searching for English Speaking Chief Accountant!

Finalization of accounts at Unit level and consolidation of accounts as per Local GAAP & IFRS with the Financial Consultant hire.

∙ Have a handy experience on online platforms of Uzbekistan custom as Didox.

∙ Overall division controlling and handling entire gamut of Finance & Accounts.

∙ MIS/Budgetary control, Profitability with Variance Analysis

∙ Development of Company’s Mid Term Plans, Budgets, Revised Budgets & Forecasts.

∙ Instituting internal control systems viz. Effective Revenue Recognition / Billing, effective AR, follow the AP Terms as well as keeping a constant vigil over overhead expenses.

∙ Responsible for Project Cash flow analysis in respect to receivable and payable on monthly basis and circulated the same to respective.

∙ Monitoring & Controlling Non-Fund Based Working Capital (i.e. Stock, BG, EMD, Insurance, LC, BG)

∙ Fund management & disbursement as per project requirement on weekly basis.

∙ Inter Unit reconciliation and confirmations.

∙ Have an open eye on validity of Bank Guarantees and Letter of credits (LC) expiration/ validity.

∙ Import/Export documentations for arranging the shipment clearance from foreign nations by close coordination with logistic partner.

∙ Strictly follow the finance functions, objectives, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.

∙ Asset accounting & compliance as per Accounting Standard at Uzbekistan. Complete Statutory and Quarterly Financial Audit as per Local GAAP & IFRS.

∙ Quarterly Withholding Tax and Bank financials return submission.

∙ Monthly TDS & VAT return submission.

∙ Assisting in Resolve accounting discrepancies & finalization of accounts with auditors.

∙ Timely Statutory compliances like Direct and Indirect Taxation, Insurances, EPF etc.

∙ Liaison with Bankers, JV partner, Client, Custom agent, and external statutory authorities.
