IT Specialist

Job Summary / skills :

• Operating Systems: Expert-level knowledge of Windows and macOS, including installation, setup, and troubleshooting. (Able to work with 1C program)
• Hardware: Familiarity with computer components, printers, network devices, and other peripherals.
• Networking: A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and local/remote networks.
• Security: Basic cybersecurity knowledge, covering data protection, encryption, and threat prevention.
• Request Management: Experience using request tracking systems and tools.
• Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear explanation of technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a team, including developers and system administrators.
• Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation and reports.

Duties:

• User Support: Managing user requests submitted through various channels (email, ticketing systems ).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Software Management: Installing, configuring, and updating software on user devices.
• User Training: Providing training to users on different systems and applications.
• Hardware Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing computer hardware, including printers and other peripherals.
• Process Improvement: Gathering user feedback and using it to contribute to system and process enhancements.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of completed requests and incidents.
• Security Compliance: Adhering to data security policies and information protection measures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments to address and resolve issues

1. Bachelor degree is required
2. Certificates in the IT courses
3. Fluent at English and Russian languages
4. 5 -years and more experience in this related field
