HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR BP with a potential gross income of up to $4,000. This person will manage a budget of $48,000 and oversee a recruiter. They will be responsible for closing 70 positions annually, developing the adaptation process, and establishing L&D in our university.

Expected Income - up to $4,000 gross

• Salary up to $2,400 ($1,600 fix + $800 KPI)
• Additional income up to $1,600 through author courses and personal branding
• Overseas education - up to $5,500
  

Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Lead the recruiter and close up to 70 positions per year.
• Responsible for executive positions and foreign lecturers.
• Control hiring costs (no more than $8,000 for recruitment).

HR Processes:

• Develop and implement pre-onboarding, onboarding, and adaptation programs.
• Implement HR analytics with 15-20 key metrics (recruitment, adaptation, L&D).

L&D:

• Build an employee training system with HRD (budget — $40,000).

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in three languages at C1 level (expats – two languages).
2. Experience in closing 10+ top-level and 70+ targeted positions per year.
3. Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data processing).
4. At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment department head.
