Обязанности:
- Handle the recruitment work of JAH and assist business departments in personnel allocation and recruitment;
- Understand local employment policies and establish cooperative relationships with local government departments, industry associations or other institutions;
- Provide support for the development of the team. Apply professional theories, methods and tools to offer comprehensive solutions for the business team, covering human resources work such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations;
- Salary negotiable upon interview.
- 负责乌兹金亭的人事行政相关工作,包括但不限于以下几个方面:

负责乌兹金亭的招聘工作,协助业务部门进行人员调配和招聘;

了解当地用工政策,与当地部门政府、行业协会或其他机构建立合作关系

为团队的发展提供支持,应用专业理论、方法、工具,为业务团队提供全方位解决方案,包括招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作;

工资面议。
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more experience in human resources management;
- Must be proficient in either Chinese or English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, Chinese is preferred;
- Be familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations;
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills, be self-motivated, have strong thinking ability, be serious and responsible, be approachable, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company's rapid development.
