Responsibilities:
• Oversee procurement activities, assess supplier capabilities, and identify high-quality supplier sources in accordance with company procurement policies;
• Manage procurement for administrative services such as IFM, car rental, and room renovation, ensuring supplier performance and contract compliance;
• Develop and implement procurement strategies;
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers;
• Manage supplier resources and maintain supplier relationships;
• Provide daily support for the Procure-to-Pay process;
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives;
• Prepare RFX documents and manage the bidding process.
Professional requirements:
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory;
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and excellent communication and coordination skills;
• High level of professional literacy, responsibility, and negotiation skills;
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement for administrative services, with a solid understanding of the local supplier market.
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
