IT Engineer

Duties:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Plan, design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations in the Rep offiсe/country;
• Technical Support: Provide IT application support, collect and analyze requirements, and manage IT projects;
• User Services: Deliver desktop support and conference assurance services for over 300 employees;
• Network Maintenance: Manage network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and Wi-Fi systems;
• System Administration: Oversee system construction and maintenance, including OS, storage, and virtualization;
• Data Center Operations: Maintain computer room infrastructure, including UPS, AC, security, and access control systems;
• Office IT Maintenance: Support and maintain office IT systems, including audio-video conferencing and printing systems;

Professional requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in IT engineering;

• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory;

• Familiarity with network and system infrastructure (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, OS, storage, virtualization);
• Knowledge of data center operations, including UPS, AC, security, and access control;
• Experience in maintaining office IT, including AV conferencing and printing systems;
• Strong logical and analytical thinking;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
