Job Overview:

SIS Dynamic LLC is looking for highly skilled female sales professionals to join our Sales & Lead Generation Team. This role involves daily cold calling, engaging potential clients, and closing deals with trucking carrier companies in the US market.

We provide:

Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, set up Zoom/TEAMS meetings with top managers, and convert potential leads into long-term clients.

Qualifications:

✔️ Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – Excellent speaking and writing skills are a MUST
✔️ Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (2+ years preferred)
✔️ Experience in the trucking/logistics industry is a plus but not required (we provide training)
✔️ Confident and professional phone communication skills
✔️ Ability to negotiate & close deals
✔️ Strong organizational & time management skills
✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace
✔️ Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
