Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and Russian. Experience in the logistics industry is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
