Sales Assistant at HONOR Uzbekistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate purchase, sales, and inventory data (PSI).
• Collect and analyze market share data and market conditions.
• Calculate FSM (Field Sales Manager) bonuses and sell-through bonuses.
• Manage daily sell-out activation.
• Prepare summaries for SMR (Sales Meeting Review) meetings.
• Calculate and track KPIs for the City Managers (CM Merch).
• Coordinate with the Fiel Force team, retailers, and partners.
• Collect and analyze market data, competitor trends, and consumer preferences.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales operations, market analysis, or related fields is prefered.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek (both written and spoken).
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills for calculating and interpreting PSI, sales, and market data.
  • Strong understanding of market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Work Schedule:

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
