Logistics Manager (with English or Chinese)

• Responsible for the overall management of the Department of Logistics, responsible for the development of departmental work priorities and plans, responsible for the convening of departmental work meetings;
• according to the company's development trends in a timely manner to find the work of the existing problems, and to develop solutions to countermeasures;
• Confirm whether the preparation of the production plan is reasonable, and effectively supervise the production implementation;
• 100% to meet the customer's normal and non-normal schedule;
• Confirmation of material requisition plan;
• Rigorous tracking of the procurement processing of exception information in the system; Responsible for confirming the solution to produce tight parts to meet customer requirements;
• Effective control of material inventory, to ensure that the amount of inventory is less than the company's target value;
• Monitor raw materials and finished products, strictly implement the principle of first-in-first-out;
• Improve the utilization of warehouse space and implement stricter control and management of write-off parts.
• The efficient operation of the finished goods transportation plan to achieve the goal of cost reduction.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the implementation of the logistics department cost reduction plan;
• Responsible for participating in the operation and management of MRP Ⅱ, signing the documents of abnormal adjustment plan in the system, and supervising the maintenance and verification of system data;
• Participate in the factory direct logistics supplier related matters supervision; coordinate the work of the department with other departments;
• do a good job of communication, timely understanding of the ideological dynamics of personnel at all levels;
• Participate in the implementation of new product projects to promote the work; Responsible for approving various documents and information produced by the department;
• In accordance with TS/16949, EHS standards to guide the work, to ensure that all work in line with the quality system requirements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and ability to communicate in Chinese or English(Uzbek languages)
• Familiar with all business processes of logistics management;
• Acquire rich process management skills;
• Skilled use of computers and office software, familiar with ERP and other operational knowledge.
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in logistics management and related majors;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics management;
• Experience in automotive parts and other industries is preferred;
• Ability to lead a team.

• Work schedule 5/2 from 8:00 to 17:00;
• Lunch compensation;
• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• Payment: by agreement.
