Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall quality management of the factory.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of security in the department.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of departmental management objectives.
- Be responsible for the development and achievement of the department's annual budget.
- Responsible for acceptance management of incoming raw materials and handling of defective raw materials during mass production.
- Responsible for the optimization and improvement of internal quality
- management processes to improve quality and ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for factory customer service management and customer complaint handling, and responsible for issuing customer complaint problem handling report.
- Responsible for maintaining good communication with customers and accountable for the results of quality management performance evaluations made by customers.
- Responsible for supervising the laboratory to do a good job of product audit management and related experimental management.
- Responsible for coordinating the verification of parameter values of factory equipment/tooling/modules, etc.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing the training plan for department employees.
- Conduct monthly quality analysis meetings of the factory, issue quality analysis reports, and be responsible for the verification of the effectiveness of the implementation of problematic improvement measures.
- Responsible for emergency response and reporting of quality exceptions and departmental management exceptions.
- Responsible for the accuracy of departmental manpower plans and manpower cost control, cost control and management data.
- According to the company's rules and regulations and the three standard system requirements, responsible for the implementation of the relevant departments of the plant to implement the work.
- Responsible for coordinating the work of the department with other departments of the company.
- Responsible for the approval of OA processes and related forms.
- Responsible for the development of the departmental personnel ladder.
- Responsible for completing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Knowledge and ability to communicate in Chinese or English(Uzbek languages)
- Familiar with the use of the five tools of the automotive industry.
- Master the methods of analyzing and dealing with quality problems.
- IATF16949 internal auditor qualification.
- VDA6.3 internal auditor qualification.
- Required experience, educational background:
- Bachelor degree or above, science and technology related majors are preferred;
- More than 5 years of work experience, including more than 3 years of management experience.
- Experience in automotive parts and wiring harness industry is preferred;
Ability to lead a team.
- Work schedule 5/2 from 8:00 to 17:00;
- Lunch compensation;
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Payment: by agreement.
