CER Manager / Lead Auditor

Skills:

Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of standards used by accreditation bodies to accredit VVBs (eg. ISO 14065, ISO 17029 etc) as well as standards used by VVBs to conduct the verification (ISO 14064-3, ISO 14067, ISO 14040/44 etc.)

Audit & Accreditation Knowledge: Strong background in validation & verification audits, accreditation processes, and compliance frameworks

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Experience in developing and implementing SOPs for validation and verification activities

Training & Capacity Building: Ability to train and mentor VVB personnel, conduct shadow audits, and prepare them for accreditation.

Technology Assessment: Familiarity with verification software and digital tools to streamline audits and compliance tracking.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Experience with accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.

Experience: 10-12 years in certification management, validation & verification audits, accreditation processes.

Certifications (Preferred): Lead auditor (ISO 14064, ISO 55001, ISO 90001, ISO 14001, ISO 450001 etc)

Languages: Advanced level of English.
