Retail Shop Manager at Honor Uzbekistan

• Manage the processes related to distribution and construction of DC (Display Centers) and DZ (Delivery Zones): planning, coordination, review, and performance analysis.

• Analyze and monitor ROI (return on investment) for DC and DZ, ensuring achievement of set goals.

• Update and ensure adherence to display guidelines, train the field force (FF) team, and monitor compliance.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding DC and DZ, including handling contracts and documents.

• Manage the warehouse: control the outbound and inbound flow and manage retail materials in the warehouse (table, gifts, flags, arches, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher education in management, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or a similar position.

• Ability to work with budgets, planning, and ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of shops construction processes and retail data analysis.
• Experience in working with suppliers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
