What Youʼll Be Doing:

Designing and prototyping clean, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.

Improving banking products, trading platforms, and client onboarding experiences.

Contributing to the creation and maintenance of our design system.

Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance the user experience.

What You Need to Succeed:

3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, usability, accessibility, and mobile platform guidelines.

Experience in building and maintaining design systems, understanding atomic design principles, and working efficiently with components.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Ability to create simple illustrations while maintaining brand consistency.

A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.

Nice to Have:

Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience working in the finance or technology sector.
